What a week! Listed a fixer-upper in Proctor that sold in less than a day. Listed a really cute single-family house being used as a short-term rental up in Beaver Bay. Did CMA's for a place in Moose Lake and a couple of chunks of acreage down in South Range, WI. Booked my 3rd and my wife's 4th vacation of the year in a few weeks.
And now I'm over in Park Rapids closing on a cute little cabin that my buyers found at an open house.
I don't usually travel 3 hours away from my territory but when you have awesome clients you do what you got to do to make sure that they're taken care of. This also doubles as a visit with my aunts at Campers Paradise over in Nevis when I'm done with this closing!

All I have left to do this week is go put a sign up in Angora for another listing and I can finally take a breather. 🤣🤣
