At Summer Shores we've been fortunate where the condos we were building were sold before they were finished and now for the first time we'll have some available that will be finished in 60 days. We'll have pictures coming this week and the open houses start this coming Saturday, April 22. Check back for more information this coming week.

The end of February has happy customers living in both sides of the building we started last year and the road is being constructed for 19 water front sites in phase III. 4 reservations have been received already and we are preparing to start the first duplex building on the water soon!
