SETTLEMENT ALERT – $35,000 REAR-END AUTO ACCIDENT

Our client was stopped at a traffic light when a chain-reaction collision occurred. One vehicle was pushed into another, which then struck our client’s vehicle.

Initially, our client believed the aches and pains would resolve with time and attempted to tough it out without medical treatment. Unfortunately, the delay in seeking care gave the insurance company an excuse to minimize the claim.

The insurance company’s original offer was just $4,089.

After filing a lawsuit and aggressively pursuing the case, we were able to increase the recovery to $35,000—more than eight times the original offer.
