Hola a todos, solo una breve inquietud que me gustaría aclarar para la mayoría. En el caso de que usted o un miembro de su familia sea detenido por ICE debido a que no tiene un estatus legal en los EE. UU., lo pondran en un proceso de deportación, lo que significa que no será deportado automáticamente, pero si se le dará la oportunidad de defenderse en corte de inmigración. En circunstancias en donde esté detenido, es posible que tenga la opción de ser liberado bajo fianza migratorio. Un ciudadano Estadounidense o Residente Permanente tendría que hacerse responsable de su liberación. Las fianzas de inmigración no son lo mismo que las fianzas del tribunal penal. Son fianzas que deben pagarse en su totalidad. Si el monto no es asequible, existe la posibilidad de que un abogado de inmigración pueda reducir el monto de su fianza con una audiencia de Reducción de Fianza. Necesitaría evidencia de buen carácter moral, pasaporte, cartas del empleador, amigos, iglesias, etc. que acrediten que es una buena persona junto con algunos otros documentos. Hello everyone, just a quick concern I'd like to clear up for most. In the event that you or a family member is detained by ICE due to not having a legal status in the U.S. you will be placed in removal proceedings, which means you will not automatically be deported but will be given the chance to defend yourself in immigration court. In the circumstances that you are detained you may have the option to be released on an immigration bond. A U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident would have to make themselves responsible for your release. Immigration bonds are not the same as Criminal Court Bonds. They are bonds that must be paid in full, if the amount is unaffordable there is a chance an immigration attorney can get your bond amount reduced with a bond reduction hearing. You would need evidence of good moral character, a passport, letters from employer, friends, churches, etc. vouching that you are a good person along with a few other documents.
