Monday 7/13 at 7:30p EDT
❣️ Restorative Yin Yoga: This class is designed for all levels to relax and renew the body. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes each - but don't worry, think more holding butterfly and not warrior 2 - to really get into the muscle tissue and let it release. No equipment required. Yoga Mat and yoga block recommended.

❣️ Core Blast: This class is designed to target our core muscles - everything from the shoulder girdle, hips, and everything in between. No equipment required. Yoga Mat and sneakers are recommended.
Friday 7/17 7:30p EDT
❣️ FREE Cardio Yoga: This moving meditation is bound to get the heart pumping as we turn inward to notice the thoughts that go through our minds. This non impact workout is designed for anybody to work toward longer, leaner muscles. Yoga Mat is recommended.
Sunday 7/19 at 11:00a EDT
❣️ Seventh Chakra Yoga Flow: this slow moving class is designed for all levels to connect and balance their seventh chakra. The crown chakra is all about clarity, wisdom, and our connection to the universe around us. Balancing this chakra is helpful if we are feeling a lack of direction, isolation, or even an overall feeling of disconnect. Class will begin and end with a short meditation around our chakras.
