Anthony Emmi is an attorney with over twenty (20) years of combined experience in the private practice of law and in the corporate sector. Anthony has practiced in all courts in New York State including Supreme, Appellate Division, Surrogate, Family, and local courts, and in Federal Court and Bankruptcy Court. Anthony is licensed to practice law in New York State and Ohio as he continues to focus
in the area of business law by representing various business entities/concerns in their formation, transfer of ownership, and termination. Having worked in industry as corporate counsel, Anthony has unique insight into the challenges that small, growing companies face. Years of corporate legal experience in manufacturing and distribution, construction, and government contracting, enable Anthony to better serve clients as they navigate through areas of compliance. In addition to practicing corporate and business law (including transactional work and litigation), Anthony focuses on estate planning and elder law, probate and estate administration, real estate, personal injury and traffic issues.
