Happy 13th of the Month! This month we're taking a look at two awesome Medical Buildings that we began in 2021. We had the opportunity to revitalize a storage building on Niagara Street adding onto it a beautiful addition for Neighborhood Health Center. Just a few short minutes down the road, we worked with The Chautauqua Center to bring them a brand new building in Dunkirk.
We're proud of all of the work that we have done with our FQHCs, who are helping to make healthcare more accessible for everyone, and providing vital services to underserved communities!

Good morning, and Happy 13th! Today we're remembering a year that most people want to forget, 2020. With Covid impacting businesses all around the World, we did everything we could to keep our foot on the gas for our clients. For us, 2020 was a lot of buying, selling, and most importantly, planning for when things got back to normal. Thankfully, we pushed through Covid full steam, and at the end of the year, we broke ground on the American Lofts at Silo City. For a lot of people, 2020 felt like the end, but for Silo City - it was a new beginning.

We can't wait to share more about this historic project in the coming months!

We're proud to be a part of American History!

Our oldest project is The Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company Warehouse. The original construction of 545 Swan Street began in 1903 and finished in 1917! 100 Years later, we began the conversion of the AP Warehouse into 147 Apartments and Commercial Space. Restoring a building and giving it life again is one of the best ways that we, as a company, can respect the past and provide for future generations.
