Sara Diaz is honored to be part of the speaking faculty at the 2023 Eighth Circuit Judicial Conference this week in Bloomington, MN.

At a session titled "Bankruptcy “Buffet” – Bitesize Roundtable Discussions Among the Bench and Bar" - Sara will lead a series of roundtable discussions related to security interests and how they are treated after a reorganization filing in Chapters 11 and 12.

The Eighth Circuit Judicial Conference will take place July 11 - 14, 2023, at the Radisson Blu Mall of America. This is a full conference for judges and members of the bar. All judges and attorneys are invited to attend the conference sessions. Guests are welcome to all social events.
