Kristie Mendoza has been a resident of Genesee County for the last 15 years and loves to tell people about all of the great things happening in Flint! As a former educator, she learned the importance of being value-added not only in the classroom, but with family, friends and with others throughout the community.
Kristie began her real estate journey two years ago looking for a way to take part in the revitalization efforts in Flint. She has since become a member of local real estate investing groups, landlord associations and Chamber of Commerce organizations where she has built a remarkable network of knowledgeable and value-driven business owners, investors and real estate agents. A highlight of her involvement has been becoming a Certified Tourism Ambassador with the Flint and Genesee Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Kristie is married and lives in Flint with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her nephews and volunteering in the community
