So proud of our daughter tonight. Gonna brag a little bit about Abbi Smith. Tonight was her Senior Honors Convocation.
She’ll be attending Liberty University in the fall majoring in Mechanical Engineering and playing the marimba in the Liberty University Marching Band (Official) marching band!

Here’s her list of awards:

20th out of over 700 in her class

Gold cords

National Honor Society

Liberty University academic scholarship (2nd highest amount possible)

Liberty Marching Band scholarship

Dort Financial Credit Union scholarship

Marylin Hoffman Scholarship

Outstanding Student Acheivement award

4.1 GPA

1450 SAT (took again last week and waiting on even better score results)

21 AP credits to start college in the fall

Best Musician in Winter Drumline - 2 years in a row
