I don't brag enough about the work we do sometimes. Probably because I'm not doing for attention but to actually help people.
Earlier this year we got a not guilty verdict in a Terroristic Threat of a family member case in a county court. It was a simple he said he said dispute between family members where no evidence existed to actually support a conviction.
We see too many cases like this that just waste everyone's time and unfortunately defense counsel is often the only one to identify such issues to the jury. The jury made the right choice here and my client got to go home.
We will continue our tenacious advocacy.
