Our newest associate was sworn in today. Todd has practiced law since 1999. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in New Hampshire as a criminal defense lawyer with the Public Defender, a civil rights attorney with the Disability Rights Center, and general counsel with the Department of Health and Human Services.

Todd has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center. He attended the National Criminal Defense College in Macon, Georgia as well as DUI/DWI trainings on Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement and DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. Todd was the DWI Litigation Support Specialist for the New Hampshire Public Defender for 12 years and presented on DWIs to the New Hampshire Bar Association and New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He looks forward to defending the civil and constitutional rights of individuals in Alamance County.

This is a part-time position with the potential to be full time, most hours would consist of Monday-Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and pay is commensurate with experience and credentials. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus, but not required.
