id Re*****on, the criminal attorney of the firm, has years of experience working with clients in Alamance, Guilford, Orange, Caswell, and the surrounding counties handling traffic violations, misdemeanors, and felonies of all types. He analyzes each case to ensure that the best resolution that can be had is achieved for each client. Casey Locker, the family law attorney of the firm, works with families on a variety of issues including divorce, custody, child support, adoptions, termination of parental rights, alimony, and property distribution. She also handles cases involved with Child Protective Services. She makes herself available as much as each matter requires to ensure clients feel supported and understand the process of their case.

We’ve been working hard to prepare for the rollout. Starting today, Alamance and the rest of the 4th wave court systems will be down in an effort to be live on April 29th with e-Courts. This is a part of a state wide effort to modernize our outdated systems and will take some time to learn how to manage.

Pro se parties will still be permitted to file in paper, but should checkout “Guide and File” which is an online service assisting the general public on filing standard forms without an attorney.

Please understand that no one can advise you on how certain filings impacts your life except a qualified attorney. While e-courts is making our justice system more accessible, it will not replace the need for quality representation.

The topic of childhood abuse is one we are passionate about. We’ve been fortunate enough to have opportunities to support missions and programs geared at addressing those very issues. We are happy to support the Family Justice Center of Alamance County kick off a pilot program for children exposed to DV. They are in need of volunteers. Check out their page for more information.
