To say Brad’s roots go deep in Wayne County, North Carolina would be an understatement! He was born and raised right here in Goldsboro and his family has been in this area for more than 200 years. The Gurley family has been farming and helping this community grow in just about every possible way for decades and Brad is proud to carry on that tradition. Along with an active farmi
ng career, Brad began his forays into real estate by buying and selling land and property personally for investment and other purposes. Deciding in 2011, that he could help others with their real estate decisions and goals, he earned his North Carolina Real Estate license. His lifelong knowledge of the area and its land and properties are a huge advantage to his clients whether they are looking to buy, sell or both. His clients find him to be easy-going and good natured, making what can often be a complicated and difficult experience much easier by simply explaining the process and efficiently handling the details. Whether assisting clients in purchasing a single family home, large tract of land or investment property – Brad has the experience and knowledge to provide the best possible service and results. In his spare time, Brad enjoys fishing the state’s beautiful waterways and actively supports the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA).
