When your Lender sends your loan to Underwriting !!

When your loan goes into underwriting that means that someone is checking the file for any
inconsistencies or to see what other requirements may be needed in order for the loan to close.
Some of the major things they are reviewing are your credit, assets, income, and employment
documentation. Your loan officer should hear back from underwriting in a few days with most
likely a conditional approval, they will then have to complete the new conditions or stipulations
before being granted a clear to close from underwriting. Occassionally they may directly grant a
clear to close but usually there is at least one condition. This is just a review step to make sure
everything is accurate and they have all the documentation needed in order to close the loan.

The best times to water your plants !!

The best time to water your plants is first thing in the morning before the heat of the day starts to evaporate the moisture. If you can't do it then, 2nd best time is late in the afternoon. Be very careful not to knock off the new blooms. Watering the base of the plants and or flooding the rows works best.

Sold Comps Don't Lie !!

Comparables (or comps) is a real estate appraisal term referring to properties with characteristics that are similar to a subject property whose value is being sought.
When deciding to put your property. on the market, keep in mind that the sold comps are your best measure of valuation. Regardless of what the list price may be on active listing, sold comps don't lie. They are your best measure of pricing your property.
Real Estate Agents use what is know as a CMA which is a comparative market analysis. It is an examination of the prices at which similar properties in the same area recently sold. Real estate agents perform a comparative market analysis for their clients to help them determine a price to list when selling a home or a price to offer when buying a home.
