⭐️Under contract!

I received a call a few weeks ago while I was in Italy from a buyer agent whose clients were interested in one of my listings. When I got back into town we had a two hour meeting along with the builder to figure out exactly the right way to move forward with this deal. I’m excited to say these buyers are going to have an absolutely beautiful home built by Hughes Development. This contract turned out a little bit different than normal, but just right for all parties involved!
