The average long-term U.S. mortgage rate slipped this week to its lowest level in more than three years, but remains around 6% in the same narrow range it has been in this year.

For months, interest rate have been slowly ticking down. Did you notice?
Probably not because it hasn’t been in the news. Well there are buyers who are already in the home buying market because they are paying attention to more than just to the news.

The average rate on a 30-year U.S. mortgage has fallen to its lowest level in nearly a year. Freddie Mac reports the rate eased to 6.35% from 6.5% last week.
