One good thing about having the first house in the Cove is there is absolutely nothing to clean up on my lot, its all downstream on someone else's lot! This go fund me is to help clean up the lower Green and bring it back to its former glory. There is so much work to be done. I was very pessimistic about its future before seeing it first hand. It was worse than I expected, but ironically I am more confident in its return. The Cove means to much to so many, especially the tourism industry in Saluda, and I think we will be surprised by the amount of energy and money that will be invested in the Cove.

I know ya'll think all we do is kayak, but that is not the case! Sometimes we actually have to work. Over two years ago we bought this office and converted it into 5 residential units. It was a long process with lots of twists and turns, but we are super happy with how it turned out.
