Everyone expects business sites to always post success, plus happy and awesome stuff. Here is the harsh reality. A jury found my client “Guilty” today. I did my best and that’s all I can ever promise. Some would say it was not winnable. I NEVER feel that way about my cases. However , I accept and respect the result because I respect the rule of law and our system of criminal justice.

Hey folks!! New changes at DMV result in SERIOUS points assessed to your license. Most alarming are the ones that never had points before because they already result in suspension or revocation (i.e DWI).

Someone recently asked me why I’m worth hiring as a lawyer. Here is my response:

Excellent!

Challenge accepted.

My area of practice is focused entirely on criminal defense and DWI. I do not water down my practice with real estate, matrimonial or Wills. I’m certified to administer field sobriety tests since I have completed the same multi-day training that all police officers are required to complete. Thus, I’m uniquely qualified to assess whether an officer properly administered the tests and if the client seemingly “failed” or not. My experience approaches 30 years and I have established wonderful connections and rapport with DAs and Judges throughout the region.. and the State of NY as the former Chair of the Criminal Justice Section of the NYS Bar Association- considered one of the top Bars in the Country. Im admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court- sworn into practice there by the late Chief Justice Rehnquist. I studied Shakespeare at Oxford University, England and deploy my understanding of theater in the courtroom to enhance the jurors’ understanding of my client’s case.

Despite all that, my worth is simply measured by what a simple accused citizen is willing and/or able to pay.

Thursday: Malta, Lake George, Warren County, Elizabethtown , Crown Point.
Friday: Glens Falls and off to Burlington VT to pick up my son and nephew from Champlain College for Thanksgiving Break.
