Hon. G. Thomas Moynihan, Jr. August 20, 1938 - April 1, 2025 It is with great sadness that we mourn the loss of our friend and colleague, Tom Moynihan. In remembering Tom, FMBF managing partner John Aspland said, "His time on the bench should be honored and remembered by all. His mark on the legal community will not be forgotten, and his kindness, wit, and graciousness will always be cherished by his friends and colleagues here at the firm....

Hon. G. Thomas Moynihan, Jr. of Assembly Point died peacefully at home on April 1, 2025 surrounded by his beloved family, cherished dogs, and dear friends.

The Post-Star has been alerted to a missing person report for Noah Ray. Please help the family spread the word and bring Noah back home safe.
The post reads as follows:

Around 9:20 am 12/11/24 my step son Noah left our house and has been missing since. The last photo is what he was wearing before he left. Police report has been made but we are hoping social media will help us find him faster!
He is around 5’7”
Dark brown hair to that covers his forehead.
Last seen wearing a navy blue coat with a high viz orange hoodie underneath. Light blue jeans. And black sneakers. Last seen on Queensbury Avenue in Queensbury
If anyone sees him please call the police or call me at 518-955-1975 we just want him home safe! We will update as we get more information!

With profound sadness we announce the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Thomas A. Ulasewicz. Tom was not only a dedicated and talented attorney, but also a kind and compassionate friend to all of us. Tom’s knowledge of environmental and land use law and the workings of agencies within that space was immense, and he’s left an indelible mark on our firm and the broader legal community....
