Welcoming a new legal resident of the United States, who recently made it back from her consulate interview in Ciudad Juarez! 🇺🇸 This is what a successful Consular Process with an I-601A waiver case results in. This is what trying to “do things right” looks like, and It’s been several years in the making with God’s hand guiding the way. It is truly unfortunate that the current administration is doing away with this benefit by placing individuals that are trying to obtain this waiver (that allows them to remain with their families while in this process). Instead, today, we are seeing removal proceedings initiated before one can have the chance to process the waiver, which is a serious deterrent for people to “do things right”. Thank God 🙌🏼✝️ that we started this process years ago when there was some decency within the immigration system, and where we didn’t have to fear removal proceedings being initiated after filing the initial petition. Hopefully, God-willing, we will achieve a more fair and humane immigration system someday. 🙌🏼🙏🏼✝️

We keep pushing forward and keep pushing back, one day at a time 💪🏼✝️🙌🏼 Welcome a new US citizen 🇺🇸 This young lady was a child when I first met her and helped her through her residency process. Five years later, I am blessed and honored to see her through to her citizenship. Now, she has a voice, and she can finally call this country her own home. Praise God 🙌🏼✝️ “If God is for us, who is against us?” Romans 8:31.

I am happy to welcome a new lawful permanent resident to the United States! From Colombian fiancée through to her residency, we had our own 90-day fiancée experience. Colombia was great and efficient in the process, and our residency process was quicker than expected! Thank you for the opportunity! I look forward to continuing this journey with you!

Another child case concluded! A warm welcome to this young man, who is a lawful permanent resident ! Another long child process, and mom waited several years for her son’s arrival(who is not so little anymore 🥲). This widowed mom demonstrated determination, perseverance, and grit as she kept her faith in God 🙌🏼, and she would visit her son as much as she could while working long hours to support the family. This case is a prime example of why WE NEED IMMIGRATION REFORM! Legal pathways are not “available” and the system is outdated. A mother shouldn’t have to be separated for 4-5 years from her minor child while he waits to be admitted as her child.
