has been in business since 2001 and it’s owner has been conducting Title, Escrow and Mobile Signings since 1994. Originally operating as an individual, the Corporation was founded to provide multiple Signing Agents to the Phoenix Metro Valley area. All agents are Arizona Notaries who have been background screened, licensed and bonded. In addition, all Notary Agents have undergone ‘Trusted Notary’ certifications as well as hold a certification as ‘Notary Signing Agents’ though National Notary Association. Our agents have a history in Escrow Title or Mortgage Banking and/or have been Mobile Notaries more than two (2) before becoming part of our team. Our company has relationships with Title Source, Notary Assurance, Stewart Title, American Title, Lewis Signing Services, and Signing Agents, LLC. We have worked with such banks as Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Quicken Loans, Valley Capital, and Provident Funding. We handle many different types of documents from personal financial and medical to Refinance, HELOC, FHA, Loan Modifications, New purchase, Reverse Mtg and REO purchase mortgage documents. We also provide Abandoned Lock Box Inventory services, TEA – Digital Certificates, and RE Photo Inspections.
