Moving soon? 🗒️👉Luke Family Homes Move-Out Reminder – Notice to Vacate Requirements
We would like to remind any residents planning to move out of Luke Family Homes (PCS, retire, separate, move off base, etc.) that a minimum 30-day Notice to Vacate (NTV) is required.
Please note that submitting a NTV with fewer than 30 days’ notice may result in an insufficient notice fee equal to the daily rate for the number of days short of the required 30-day notice period.
To submit your Notice to Vacate online, please follow the steps below:
1. Log into the RentCafe Resident Portal
2. Select “Community Info”
3. Click “Community Guidelines” from the drop-down menu
4. Scroll to the “Forms” section and select “Notice to Vacate” . Upload any supporting documentation for your situation (PCS orders, Retirement orders, etc.)
You can also review the Move-Out Damages Cost Sheet and Move-Out Guide under "Community Info".
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation copy via email, and our leasing team will also receive notification to begin processing your move-out.
A member of our team will then contact you to schedule your Pre-Move Out Inspection and Move-Out Inspection appointments.
Registered Fi****ms with Luke AFB Security Forces: If you have registered fi****ms on file with the Luke AFB Security Forces squadron, please contact their office prior to move-out to ensure your weapons are properly removed from the registry and all required firearm clearance procedures are completed.
