One of the reasons I chose to become an LGBTQ+ ally in real estate is because I want every client to know they are welcome here.

Buying or selling a home is personalā€”and nobody should have to wonder if theyā€™ll be understood, respected, or accepted in that process.

For me, allyship means listening, learning, creating safe spaces, and helping people feel at home long before closing day.

Did you know homes in Colorado that back to open space, trails, or greenbelts often carry a premium value?

In Colorado, people arenā€™t just buying a houseā€¦ theyā€™re buying the lifestyle. Hiking trails, mountain views, sunshine, reservoirs, biking paths, and that feeling of being connected to the outdoors all matter here.

Itā€™s one of the reasons two similar homes can have VERY different prices.

And letā€™s be honestā€¦ half of us justified the home price because of the trail access and then used the trail twice all year. šŸ˜‚
