‼️ATTENTION‼️The new proposed Biden asylum rule that requires asylum seekers at the southern border to have had applied for asylum in a country they traveled through before reaching the US/Mexico border is a step backwards in human rights and likely a violation of international conventions aimed at helping refugees. ATTENTION! Good news for undocumented and exploited workers. USCIS has announced new policy where undocumented workers can report unscrupulous employers without fear of deportation. victims of, or witnesses to, the violation of labor rights, can now access a streamlined and expedited deferred action request process. Workers will be able to visit DHS.gov for additional information in English and Spanish and to submit requests. _______________________ ¡ATENCIÓN! Buenas noticias para los trabajadores indocumentados y explotados. USCIS ha anunciado una nueva política en la que los trabajadores indocumentados pueden denunciar a los empleadores sin escrúpulos sin temor a la deportación. las víctimas o testigos de la violación de los derechos laborales ahora pueden acceder a un proceso de solicitud de acción diferida simplificado y expedito. Los trabajadores podrán visitar DHS.gov para obtener información adicional en inglés y español y para enviar solicitudes.
