Dear friends, family and colleagues, how often do we hear people on the news (especially Fox) say "We are not against immigration as long as they do it the right way or the legal way." Well this family did just that and still got denied.
We urgently ask for your support to help us unite this Los Angeles family. The case is scheduled to be heard before the Supreme Court in April 2024. An adverse ruling could be disastrous for couples of mixed-immigration status and their families.
We thankfully have the support of some wonderful organizations such as CARECEN, Father Greg Boyle, Alex Sanchez from Homies Unidos, CHIRLA and other notable organizations.
