Brrr... 🥶 looks like extreme cold is coming back. 😬 As a quick reminder, here’s how to protect your home from extreme cold.

1) Let your sink faucets drip.
2) Open the cabinet doors under your bathroom and kitchen sinks to let warm air circulate.
3) Keep your thermostat turned up to stay cozy and prevent frozen pipes.

Heading out of town? Be sure to tackle these tips before you go to avoid costly damage while you’re away.

The national weather service has issued inclement weather and a freeze warning for our area. Please drip your faucets, open cabinets and keep your heater on at least 65 degrees. This will help with pipes freezing 🥶 this week after the storm passes and things thaw out. Everyone stay safe and warm!

Happy New Year 2025! We wish everyone a Happy New Year! Be safe and enjoy putting 2024 behind and look forward to a new year! Our office will be closed on Wednesday, January 1st and will reopen on Thursday.

We wish all of our residents a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!

We are informing all residents at Glen Rose that tomorrow morning at 3 am the construction company for the High School arena will be pouring concrete in the parking lot. We understand this maybe an inconvenience and you may hear some noise. We were informed today and we apologize if this disturbs any of our residents, as this was unforeseen and out of our control on the timeframe.
