We had 2 trials today in 2 different counties today. Andrew Birdsell took a jury verdict today in Montgomery county on basically a Zero offer case. Verdict will end up being over $35,000! Great job!
Jordan Glaze tried a premises liability case in Brazoria county bench trial. Judge will make a ruling in the next couple days.

A stay of ex*****on must have been signed by the governor this morning. After a mistrial, sanctions on the defense attorney, trial, motion for new trial granted and trial reset to tomorrow the insurance adjuster finally came to his senses and likely saved his job by settling the case. They only had to talk to their “manager” 2 levels up the ladder and increase their previous “Top Offer” by 6X. Absolute Lunacy at play in this broken foot and concussion motorcycle wreck case.
Now we get to take our kids trick or treating !!!

This lawsuit was filed to hold the driver and the Bar he was drinking at responsible for violating the Dram Shop Act, by over serving alcohol to a clearly intoxicated customer. Please be safe out there. Don’t be the person that takes someone’s child or grandchild from them.
