1. Sponsor
The “Gas Post” Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Browne Law Group, 366 N. Gilbert Road, Suite 202, Gilbert, Arizona 85234 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, members, partners, contractors, agents, and immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, spouse) or household members of Sponsor and any entity involved in the design, ex*****on, or fulfillment of the Promotion are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time on Saturday June 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on Saturday, June 13, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

5. Drawing; Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or about Monday June 15, 2026 by Sponsor or its designee. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive: “Free Gas for a Year,” consisting of (a) a one-time payment of Three Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($3,000) or (b) twelve (12) monthly payments of Two Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($250.00). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000.
