✨ CLOSED! ✨
Some closings mean a little more because of the journey it took to get there, and this is definitely one of them.
I first met this seller after he reached out to me about selling his mom’s home. From our very first meeting, we connected. We spoke the same language when it came to communication, expectations and strategy. I knew right away we were going to work well together.
Because he lived out of state and the home was vacant, our role became much more than simply listing the property. For several months before we ever put it on the market, my team and I helped manage and keep an eye on the home for him, and we continued doing so throughout the entire listing process.
And this one required some patience.
This is not an easy market for sellers, particularly when competing against homes that have been extensively updated. We adjusted, strategized, listened to the market and kept moving forward. We even made it all the way through an escrow once, only to have the buyer walk away just days before closing.
That one hurt, but we regrouped.
Through it all, my seller was incredible to work with. He trusted my advice, did what I asked him to do and was always willing to have the conversations necessary to determine our next move. That's the kind of partnership that makes all the difference in a challenging market.
Now I am thrilled to share… we CLOSED. 🏡🔑
I am so grateful for his trust in me and my team, especially from several states away, to care for his mom’s home, protect his interests, navigate the setbacks and ultimately get him to the closing table.
Not every real estate story is quick or easy. Sometimes our job is to simply keep showing up, keep communicating, keep adjusting the strategy and keep pushing until we get the job done.
