We are looking to hire a Data Entry Specialist.

Data Entry Specialist is responsible for typing title insurance commitments for each transaction, reviewing for accuracy/completeness, coordinating with title attorneys and paralegals to resolve errors, and ensuring all files are in the system. This position requires the Data Entry Specialist to possess a high attention to detail as it involves responsibility for accuracy of documentation critical to the real estate transaction. Qualified candidates must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
• Accurately and efficiently type title insurance commitments
• Review details of title to ensure accuracy for processing of reports
• Keep and Update detailed records of title insurance commitments in spreadsheets
• Work closely with title attorneys and paralegals during and after the typing process
• Organize title notes in files
• Complete title insurance commitments within deadlines set forth in contracts
• Edit work for changes requested by other attorneys, banks, etc.
• Assist attorneys with other various tasks, as assigned
• Rely and Act on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

Expectations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Accurate data entry skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to learn windows-based software
• Capable of managing deadline-driven tasks
