Smooth is fast.
These clients came through a referral, and like many sellers in Plantation Lakes, they had a big question: How do we stand out when there are multiple versions of the exact same home on the market?
The answer required more than luck. Our clients were open-minded, trusted the process, and took action on the recommendations that would position them ahead of the competition. New carpet was installed, paint completed, a pre-list home inspection was conducted, and we were on the market within a week.
Thirteen (13) days later, we were under contract after receiving multiple offers.
