A couple years ago I got a call from someone thinking about selling a piece of land. They’d called a bunch of agents and I was apparently the only one who called back.

I helped with what I could, they ended up selling it themselves, and that was that.

Or so I thought.

Now they’re ready to list their beautifully remodeled home and they called me first!

Not because I had some dramatic follow-up plan or said anything magical. I just called them back and helped them out.
