That feeling when you negotiate a sewer line replacement into the deal… 🙏

Not a repair credit.
Not a “we’ll have our cousin look at it.”
Not a “seller to further evaluate.”

A full-on sewer line replacement. 🚽✨

Me at the inspection report: “Okay, stay calm.”
Me after the addendum is signed: “I am the Beyoncé of buried plumbing.”

Real estate isn’t always glamorous, but sometimes victory looks like fresh pipe, satisfied clients, and everyone pretending we didn’t just spend four days intensely discussing what happens underground in a pipe that transports 💩💩💩💩💩

This is why representation matters. I’ll negotiate the pretty stuff, the boring stuff, and yes… the stinky stuff. 💪🏡
