We have 3 rental homes, each available for a 9 month leases, available now until the middle of May 2027.
In the past we closed them down for the winter but because of low housing and high demand we have made many improvements to keep them open year round.

These are fully furnished homes, we pay all utilities, and they are located right on Otsego Lake near Old 27 and Michigan Ave, just south of I-75 exit 279.

Home that sleeps 4, $1500 a month.
Home that sleeps 4 plus 1 dog, $1600 a month.
Home that sleeps 6 is larger, $1800 a month.
