Growing up in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee to parents who continuously invested in real estate~ buying, selling, flipping, holding as rentals and even building/operating a cabin rental company has led me to love and appreciate all things real estate.
So, it was only natural that I obtained my real estate license in 2005 upon relocating to North Carolina.
In those earlier years, I gained a great deal of first hand experience and knowledge by simply being in the shadows of my parents. They taught me the importance of proper communication, listening to others and their needs, practicing hospitality, being honest and working hard. These abilities didn't come full circle for me though until I began implementing them in my own business as an agent by helping others realize their dreams and goals one step at a time~ one day at a time.
I was forever hooked seeing and being a small part of my client's real estate endeavors coming true! Real estate isn't just my Career~ It is my Passion! My blood runs "real estate" and my mind is constantly thinking "real estate."

The real estate market is ever changing and yes, our area is still experiencing what we have all come to know as a "sellers market" however, with this market and any market comes challenges. One such challenge is our lack or low housing inventory. The home buying demand is high yet the inventory of homes available is low. It's all about supply and demand. It is time to "think outside of the box" and utilize our creativity as agents.
