I am also a licensed NC Real Estate Broker. I can help you list, sell or buy any home in NC. Our ethics regulations do not allow an appraiser to also perform an appraisal when listing or selling a home. I will strive to help you in the manner that makes the best sense.
Remember, the appraiser is the ONLY unbiased, impartial party when offering an opinion of value. Others may have a commission on their mind.......but not the appraiser. Also remember that ONLY a licensed or certified appraiser can offer an opinion of value. If you need an appraisal.....call me.
