One more recent Brigitte Flick projects. Samples from a 10 person place setting plus serving bowls produced over the summer/early fall for a local couple. We still have a few leftover pieces from the extras needed for back up in case pieces cracked or misbehaved in other ways.

Attorney Charland brings over 25 years of commercial and residential real estate and title experience to the Firm. Attorney Charland will focus his practice on all areas of real estate and conveyancing law, with particular specialization in both residential and commercial title examinations. During Attorney Charland’s career he has completed over 10,000 real estate transactions representing buyers, sellers, and lending institutions. “We are very pleased to have Attorney Charland join us and bring his vast real estate knowledge and experience to the Greater Gardner Community” says John Flick, Flick Law Group’s managing Attorney. “We look forward to providing a local source for real estate closings to the Greater Gardner community,” says Flick. Massachusetts has added a new temporary category to its unemployment classifications: Standby.

Employers considering a temporary layoff can now use this category to easily qualify their employees for unemployment benefits as a result of a COVID 19 related RIF.

During this public health crisis, Flick Law Group remains available to assist clients. We have reduced staff hours and enhanced attorneys abilities to work remotely. All client communications are being handled via telephone or on-line meetings. We are not conducting any person to person meetings until further notice. We will also be using our social media pages to provide information to clients regarding legal and regulatory changes that arise in response to COVID 19. Most of all we want all of our clients and their employees to remain safe and healthy.
