I asked a friend (who is an attorney) for a recommendation for an estate attorney and I was told to only see Patricia Harold. My mom is 94 years old and needed to rewrite her will, which was a mess from the many amendments. Patricia was professional, very patient with my mom, and extremely thorough with every detail. My brother, who is also an attorney, was very impressed with how she handled our mom's estate. Patricia is a Top Notch Professional!

As an estate planning attorney, I see this problem all of the time. My advice is this: DON'T SPOIL YOUR CHILDREN. You're not doing them any good by giving them whatever they demand. When you're gone, and your money is gone, your kids are left with no skill to take care of themselves. So, don't do it.
