Keith H. Richman is the managing partner of Richman & Levine, P.C. He is a magna cm laude graduate of Long Island University, and received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Hofstra University School of Law in 1977.

Mr. Richman is duly admitted to the New York State Bar, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.

Mr. Richman is involved in all facets of the firm's law practice. He has over 35 years of experience representing businesses and individuals in a broad range of litigation and transactional matters.

Seth A. Levine is a partner of Richman & Levine, P.C. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, with Honors, from the University of Miami in 1992, and his Juris Doctorate Degree, with Honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1995.

Mr. Levine is duly admitted to the New York State and Florida Bars, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association, including the Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Sections of the NCBA.​

Mr. Levine is involved in all facets of the firm's law practice, representing businesses and individuals in a broad range of litigation and transactional matters. Prior to moving to New York, Mr. Levine worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, Florida from November 1995 through January 1999, where he obtained a position as a Lead Attorney in a Felony Trial Unit.

Ira Seligman is an associate with Richman & Levine, P.C. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in English from the Pennsylvania State University in 2007, and his Juris Doctorate Degree, cm laude, from Pace University School of Law in 2010.​

Following law school, Mr. Seligman obtained a grant under the prestigious J. William Fulbright Cultural Exchange Program to Norway to complete a comparative study of Norwegian and American administrative and environmental law. Mr. Seligman is also an alumnus of the New York City Environmental Law Leadership Institute and received that organization's Environmental Quality Improvement Project Award.​

Mr. Seligman is duly admitted to the New York State and New Jersey Bars and regularly appears before New York City administrative agencies, New York State courts and the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court.
