It was an honor to be out advocating yesterday in the fight to save convenience stores, bodegas, small mom & pop shops, and grocery stores from local government overreach in Westchester County.

The local government is attempting to enact laws that will destroy the collection of billions of dollars of revenue, which in turn will cause the loss of thousands of jobs and enable an illegal underground market that will allow criminal enterprises to flourish. This must be stopped!

So often, people to try CONVINCE others that they are right. They scream or yell to try and prove their point and completely lose the audience.

The real way to win an argument is to help others see the flaws in their logic by asking questions and uncovering the truth.

"Illegally touting a stock or a form of cryptocurrency is a violation of the anti-touting act if the payment to tout that stock is not disclosed. It is both an SEC violation and under certain circumstances can be considered criminal behavior as well."

While I'm sure Kardashian did not realize she was violating the statute, this is exactly why all promotion deals should be reviewed by COMPETENT counsel.
