Time to get new business cards!!!

Well I did the damn thing and passed the Florida Sales Associate Exam.

Next step, wait for me SL # to be issued so we can assign me to Mitchell Realty Services, Inc. as a Licensed Sales Associate. Then, pay GACAR and Stellar my dues...

After joining Mitchell Realty Services, Inc in October 2012 as a Property Manager I did not think this day would ever happen. I took the class back with the Florida Real Estate Institute at GACAR and did great and never could pass the state exam.

This time I did the class with Aceable Agent and pushed myself and passed. Thank you Bob Mitchell, Wendy Reed-Mitchell, Davis McGlathery for kicking me in the ass and reminding me to get my license.

Once I become active and pay my dues I will officially change my title to Realtor. Thank you again to my Mitchell Realty Services, Inc. family for not giving up on me!
