This home sat on the market for 8 months. Let me tell you how it still closed. đź’°
A developer reached out to me needing to sell this completely remodeled farmhouse in Cleveland, Georgia. What followed was one of the most complex timelines I’ve navigated: a contingency on a Florida sale, a temporary occupancy agreement, and a closing that didn’t happen until 13 months after we went under contract.
Most people would’ve walked. We didn’t.
Instead of letting the deal fall apart, we negotiated an early move-in with a rent arrangement so my seller kept income coming in the entire time the buyer’s Florida home was on the market. No income gaps. No desperate price cuts. Just a creative solution that protected my seller’s bottom line.
13 months later, we finally closed! 🎉
If you’re in North Georgia and trying to sell a property that isn’t moving, let’s talk!
