In 2014, he was selected to attend and completed the Bill Daniel Trial Advocacy Program under the direction of some of the nation's top criminal defense trial attorneys. Bill is a 2013 honor graduate of Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. During law school he was selected as a research assistant to Civil Procedure Professor K. In his second and third year of law school he interned at the firm of Peters, Rubin & Sheffield; a firm that defends people accused of State and Federal criminal charges. After law school, he worked for Childers & McCain, LLC in Macon, Georgia and gained valuable experience in the field of personal personal injury and civil litigation. Before law school he worked for years assisting in his father's law office in Gainesville, Georgia. He is admitted to practice in all Municipal, State, and Superior Courts in the State of Georgia as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. Bill focuses on all aspects of his client's cases to help resolve their cases as quickly and easily as possible. He has experience with criminal appeals in the Georgia Court of Appeals as well as the Georgia Supreme Court.
