Focused in Florida and Washington, I’m committed to creating quick, stress-free closings so agents can focus on what they do best: selling homes. Hi, I’m Lexi, the face behind Quick Close TC 👋

I’ve been in real estate since 2019 and specializing in transaction coordination since 2021. Before becoming a mom, I was a Senior Community Sales Manager for a homebuilder in FL (and have been a realtor in FL & WA as well as a closing coordinator for a builder).
I learned firsthand how much time agents spend buried in paperwork, and discovered my passion is the behind-the-scenes work that keeps deals moving smoothly.

As a new mom (my daughter, Logan, was born in Jan 2025), I know time is everything. That’s why I built Quick Close TC: I handle compliance, paperwork audits, deadline reminders, and communication with lenders, title/escrow, and cooperating agents, so you can focus on generating new business.
My motto: send me the contract and contacts, and I’ll do the rest.

We all hope to close transactions on time, but sometimes hiccups happen last minute. It’s no fun being stuck staring at your phone and computer, hoping the lender calls with an update. That’s what you need a TC for. We will double text, call, and email with no shame! If you don’t have a TC already, what’re you doing?

I don't know about you, but I'm feeling '22! Cheers to a new year! This year, we have a goal of managing 100 transactions for agents across Florida and Washington State. We are also hoping to expand to more locations this year. Stay tuned.
