Trying to smile yesterday morning at the Hall County Courthouse...a dreary day made all the more ugly thanks to Georgia's child election statute. I hate this statute...too many times I have seen it incentivize alienation and encourage manipulation from children and parents alike. If a custody change is warranted, typically there is plenty of other evidence to prove the same.
