Under Contract!

One of my favorite parts of living and working in Holly Springs is finding the little places that make a neighborhood feel like home.

I stopped by TOUS les JOURS and immediately understood the hype. The French-Asian inspired pastries are beautiful, there are plenty of sweet and savory options, and the coffee makes this a very easy place to add to the weekend rotation.

And if you’re wondering why I’m highlighting this particular part of Holly Springs… I recently shared a home just down the road at 1129 Hollymont Dr. 😉

Sometimes finding the right home is also about finding the places you’ll want to become part of your routine.

There’s something about a home that gives you just a little more room to spread out. 🤍

This Holly Springs home has 4 bedrooms, 3,247 square feet, a spacious kitchen, a third-floor bonus room, a screened porch, and plenty of comfortable living space.

And then there’s Holly Glen — with a pool, playground, courts, walking trails, and a clubhouse right in the neighborhood.

💰 $779,900

If you’ve been thinking about making a move to Holly Springs, this is one I’d put on your list to see.

What would you do with that third-floor bonus room?

It’s the little things. ✨

The front porch made for slow mornings and evening conversations. The kitchen that naturally becomes the heart of the home. A beautiful oven ready for holiday baking, a sink with a view, and thoughtful built-ins that add both character and function throughout.

From the custom cabinetry flanking the living room fireplace to the built-in dresser in the primary suite, every space was designed with intention. Upstairs, the spacious third-floor bonus room offers endless possibilities, complete with a cozy window seat perfect for reading, dreaming, or simply soaking in the sunlight.

And just when you think you’ve seen it all, the screened-in patio invites you to enjoy Carolina evenings without ever leaving home.

Sometimes it’s the little things that make you fall in love. ❤️
