First Wednesday of August... you know what that means! Our agent spotlight of the month is Anastasia Rubin from Houston, Texas. We love working with her bright personality.

Why did you become a real estate agent?

Real Estate affords me the opportunity to assist others in obtaining home ownership. As a seasoned real estate professional, I have been promoting home ownership in Houston and the surrounding areas since 1997. I recognize the value and trust my clients place in me and strive every day to exceed their expectations. I am a top producing agent. I have raised 3 sons to understand the value of hard work and family. When i'm not working, I am spending time with my six grandchildren, my friends and family. I enjoy worshiping, traveling, exploring new cities, states and countries. My friends would describe me as funny, a little silly, self motivated, positive, can do attitude, and an ambitious goal setting professional.

Our July agent spotlight is Neil Brooks! He is incredible to work with and we are privileged to have him in our network. Neil Brooks is a Navy Veteran and has been selling real estate for the past 20 years.

Neil went full-time into real estate after the 9/11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in NY.

Prior to 9/11, Neil was a National Sales Manager for a private resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. His clients were pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, most of whom had their headquarters located in NY & NJ.

In the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks, business & leisure travel came to an immediate halt, with no end in sight.

Neil has focused his efforts aligning himself with Veteran-centric organizations and has a deep commitment to the Veteran and Active Duty communities.

Why did you become a real estate agent?
