DISABILITY DOCUMENTS IN YOUR ESTATE PLAN
We are often asked how to plan for a client's eventual death. Many people overlook what happens to themselves, their assets, and their chidren should they become disables. In this next entry of our ongoing estate planning series, we discuss the disability documents component of your estate plan. These include the Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, HIPAA Authorization, Directive to Physicians, and Declaration of Guardian for Self and for Minor Children.

We want to send a big congratulations to Sherry Rodriguez. She has accepted a wonderful position with a non-profit agency where she will continue her passion of helping others. I am very thankful for all of her dedication to helping build this firm and help our friends, family and neighbors here in Fulshear create plans for their loved ones. We will continue assist all of our past, current, and future clients under the new name, Humble Law.

The chamber meeting today was wonderful to be a part of. If you don’t already follow them, I’d highly recommend doing so. I met many other businesses in the community that will help shape our growing area. We look forward to being part of this group of people for many years.
