I am both excited and saddened to announce that I have decided to wind down my practice starting immediately.

I recently accepted a position with a civil firm in Tustin. This is a great opportunity to expand my legal skill set and to gain valuable experience in some diverse areas of law.

I will continue to serve all existing clients until their cases are resolved, but I will not seek or accept any new criminal matters.

Client was accused of his 2nd DUI, Hit & Run, and Battery on a Peace Officer. He allegedly refused to provide a blood sample until police obtained a warrant and drew his blood by force. BAC = 0.17% (more than double the legal limit).

We saved his license.

Expungements just got cheaper and easier in CA. State legislature repealed the $150 filing fee this month. Jump on this while it lasts.
